So who knows now how long it will take NVC to receive and process it and then get back to me with further instructions I see a bunch of people in this thread who got NVC 's response much faster after I has been approved. It was texas center by the way. And so I do not know what is the period between when they "sent" it and when NVC physically "received" it.
